Through the Richmond upon Thames Green Parents network you can meet local parents who are interested in green issues that concern you. The network is aimed at parents of babies and toddlers and we meet frequently for coffee, tea, cake or lunch, where you can share experiences and provide advice and support. We are looking to establish groups for each area of the borough, with meet-ups being informal, open and inclusive.

Our group in the eastern part of borough (Barnes & Sheen) meets at Wallace & Co, 146 Upper Richmond Road Putney SW15 2SW on the Thursday each week starting from the 1st April 2010 at 10am. Wallace & Co is an ideal venue, large enough but intermit, serving organic food and drink with a good amount sourced locally. http://www.wallaceandco.com/ 

We also hope to establish other Green Parent groups around Richmond borough so please get in contact if you would like to convene one of these. Alternatively if you live further away why not set up your own?
