ADVOCACY
Richmond Environment Network (REN) advocates on behalf of local (Richmond upon Thames) environmental groups when attending a number of meetings, such as the Green Space Stakeholders Forum, Greener Richmond Partnership, Voluntary Sector Strategic Partnership (once established), Community Development Network, London Parks and Green Space Forum and briefings from Richmond Council of Voluntary Service. REN will notify all groups on our database on any forthcoming meetings so that the agendas can be viewed before the meetings and any comments provided can be fed into these meetings. We will then publish meetings minutes when they are provided to us. Utilising this system avoids the need to email out agendas and meeting minutes.
If our funding application to the Council is successful then this page and this service will be in use from April 2009
