RICHMOND IN BLOOMThe Richmon Borough in Bloom campaign, founded in 1990, is run by a voluntary committee in co-operation with the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. Members of the committee represent residential community groups, horticultural societies and business associations from the different villages of the borough. The overall purpose of the campaign is to encourage locals to enhance the natural beauty of the borough through floral display in the streets and in all residential areas. |
