Green Drinks and following us
Green Drinks Richmond upon Thames (London, England) is a social event open to all eco conscious people living, working or volunteering locally. Come along enjoy yourself in a relaxed atmosphere with like minded people. We are usually a mixture of 18 or more people working in the voluntary/charity sector, public sector, green businesses and local volunteers and of course consuming green drinks is not compulsory! We usually meet in the Fox Pub, Church Street, Twickenham TW1 3NR (map here) from about 6pm on the first Monday of each month, even if this is a Bank Holiday. Please look for the little green drink picture (above) on our table. If you can't see us inside the pub we might be outside in the beer garden if its a warm evening. Food is now served in the Fox so even if don't want to drink alcohol, you can pop by for a soft drink and a bite to eat. Ham Green Drinks (London, England) is a similar social event meeting specifically in Ham (between Richmond and Kingston) as we and the Ham United Group have a number of projects running in the area. Ham Green Drinks will provide an opportunity for people in these projects to meet social in addition to anybody and everybody with an interest in the environment also meeting up. We regularly Tweet and highlight various aspects of our work and finds throughout the day (such what's in the newspapers). We welcome anyone and everyone to join or follow us.
